You must update the payment method linked to your account. Whether your card has expired or you'd like to use a different card, we have made this process very easy for you.

  1. Log into the Ringblaze app at https://app.ringblaze.com

  2. Click Settings

  3. Click Account / Billing

  4. Within the Payment Information section, click on the pencil icon next to a payment method to edit it

  5. You can add a second payment method as a backup by clicking on the Add payment method. In case the default payment method cannot be charged, we'll automatically try to charge the backup one to make sure your business keeps going.
