When a customer calls and you're unavailable to answer, they'll hear the default voicemail greeting. You can upload your voicemail greeting to represent your business well.
Record greeting
To record your greeting, you can use free, open-source software such as Audacity (https://www.audacityteam.org)
Within the web app, go to Settings
Go to Phone Numbers, select the phone number you want to set up the Business Hours.
Click Call Flow tab
Within the Voicemail action
* Make sure the switch is enabled
* Upload an mp3 or wav fileClick Save
