You can forward all incoming calls to a group, team member, or an external number.
Group
Within Ringblaze dashboard, click Settings on the left navigation
Within Team Settings section, select Account > Call Flow
On the Call Flow page, select the desired group on the drop-down at the top.
Click the switch button next to Call Forwarding to enable it
Within the Call Forwarding action, choose to forward incoming calls to a group, a team member, or an external number.
Click Save to confirm.
Direct account
Within Ringblaze dashboard, click Settings on the left navigation
Within Your Account section, select Account > Call Flow
On the Call Flow page, select the desired group on the drop-down at the top.
Click the switch button next to Call Forwarding to enable it
Within the Call Forwarding action, choose to forward incoming calls to a group or an external number.
Click Save to confirm.
