Configure call forwarding

You can forward all incoming calls to a group, team member, or an external number.

  1. Within Ringblaze dashboard, click Settings on the left navigation

  2. Click on Phone Numbers link

  3. Choose the phone number you want to set up the call flow, and click Call Flow tab

  4. On the Call Flow page, click the switch next to Call Forwarding to enable it

  5. Within the Call Forwarding action, choose to forward incoming calls to a group or an external number.

  6. Click Save to confirm.
