Configure call forwarding

You can forward all incoming calls to a group, team member, or an external number.

Group

  1. Within Ringblaze dashboard, click Settings on the left navigation

  2. Within Team Settings section, select Account > Call Flow

  3. On the Call Flow page, select the desired group on the drop-down at the top.

  4. Click the switch button next to Call Forwarding to enable it

  5. Within the Call Forwarding action, choose to forward incoming calls to a group, a team member, or an external number.

  6. Click Save to confirm.

Direct account

  1. Within Ringblaze dashboard, click Settings on the left navigation

  2. Within Your Account section, select Account > Call Flow

  3. On the Call Flow page, select the desired group on the drop-down at the top.

  4. Click the switch button next to Call Forwarding to enable it

  5. Within the Call Forwarding action, choose to forward incoming calls to a group or an external number.

  6. Click Save to confirm.
