Not available on a user's direct call flow

The auto-attendant feature is available on a group's call flow only.

  1. Go to Settings / Team section/ Account / Call Flows

  2. Enable the Auto Attendant action

  3. Within the modal opened, upload the greeting audio and assign each key to forward incoming calls to other groups or users
