Set up IVR (auto-attendant)

Need an automated answering service? Ringblaze's advanced auto-attendant (phone menu) feature allows your business to provide a better customer experience.

  1. Go to Settings / Phone Numbers

  2. Select the phone number that you want to have the phone menu set up on

  3. Click the Call Flow tab

  4. Enable the Auto Attendant action

  5. Within the modal opened, upload the greeting audio and assign each key to forward incoming calls to other groups or users
