Cannot make calls

  1. If you use Ringblaze on the browser, ensure you allow Ringblaze to access the microphone.

  2. Use the latest version of the browser that supports WebRTC. You can check if your browser supports WebRTC using this tool: https://test.webrtc.org/

  3. If you call international numbers, make sure that you have enough funds.

Cannot receive calls

  1. Make sure you log into the Ringblaze dashboard.

  2. If you're forwarding your number to an external number, especially an international one, ensure you have enough funds to cover the costs.

When you forward your number to an external number, you'll pay for both inbound and outbound costs when receiving an inbound call.
