Automatic recording is an option that allows you to record all the calls (both inbound and outbound) automatically.
Auto-recording is a premium feature and requires additional monthly charges. You can also record manually during a call for free.
Account
To enable/disable auto recording for your direct account:
Sign in to your Ringblaze account on desktop.
On the left navigation, click Settings.
Within Your account, click Call Flow.
On the Call Flows page, enable Auto Recording toggle.
Click Save.
Group
Only admins can enable auto-recording for groups.
To enable/disable auto recording for groups:
As an administrator, sign in to your Ringblaze account on desktop.
On the left navigation, click Settings.
Within Team Settings, Click on Account > Call Flow.
Select the desired group on the group drop-down.
On the Call Flows page, enable Auto Recording toggle.
Click Save.
