Enabling automatic recording

Automatic recording is an option that allows you to record all the calls (both inbound and outbound) automatically.

Auto-recording is a premium feature that is only available on some plans. You can also record manually during a call for free.

  1. Within the web app, go to Settings

  2. Go to Phone Numbers, select the phone number you want to set up the Business Hours.

  3. Click Call Flow tab

  4. On the Call Flows page, enable Auto Recording toggle.

  5. Click Save.
