Hunt group

If your business receives calls from customers, you understand the importance of having a team member available to answer the phone at all times. A hunt group is a call routing strategy that can minimize wait times and significantly enhance your customer experience, helping to foster better relationships with your callers.

How to set up hunt group?

Before setting up the hunt group for a group, ensure that you have assigned a phone number to the group and added team members. If you haven't done this yet, please follow these instructions first:

Steps to set up hunt group:

  1. On the web, go to Settings > Phone Numbers

  2. Select the phone number you want to set up the hunt group.

  3. Click Call Flow tab.

  4. Enable the Call action. Within the Call action, select Simultaneously if you want to ring all the members in a group when there is an incoming call, or select Round Robin if you want to ring team members one by one.

  5. Click Save to save the settings.

  6. Give it a try!
