How to set up hunt group?
Before setting up the hunt group for a group, ensure that you have assigned a phone number to the group and added team members. If you haven't done this yet, please follow these instructions first:
Steps to set up hunt group:

On the web, go to Settings > Team Settings > Call Flow
Select the group you want to update the call flow from the top drop-down
Enable the Call action. Within the Call action, select Simultaneously if you want to ring all the members in a group when there is an incoming call, or select Round Robin if you want to ring team members one by one.
